This Oncid. hybrid has unbelievable soft, subtle coloring, in shades of mostly a mauve-rose color, along with an extraordinary lip with a raised yellow "whiskery" center. The inflorescences are 23" and 24" respectively, and have 15 blooms between them. As the flowers mature, the colors deepen. The color in between the rose is a pale green/chartreuse. This was an extremely difficult plant to photograph (color, shape, AND size), but Phillip's shots here are dead on. He can be a real genius/artist with his Nikon!
