What Media is best for Phal orchids!

I am growing my Phalaenopsis in bark, charcoal and perlite mix,in plastic pots.
Would it be better to add Spagh to this mix or leave it as is.

You're already using a very good mix. I personally would add any sphagnum to that.

Thanks for your input.
I always notice that when a Phal plant is purchased,it is always in Spagh. I don't like spagh because it stays damp too long.
I guess I will continue to use the bark mixture...

Your mix sounds good to me. If it's working for you don't change anything.
