    Default Dendrobium anosmum var. superbam

    I bought my Dendrobium anosmum var. superbam with some leaves on the stem and closed buds, then all the leaves fell off and the buds opened and it is now in full bloom.     This Nobile dendrobium needs a winter rest from November to February with very little waterings and no fertilizer to set bud.

    I put the whole plant into a basket as it was in a pot when I bought it and it nearly fell out of it due to the long arms. I was worried that the den will blast the bloom through that but to my surprise it did not. I guess I was lucky.
