Dendrobium cerinum is endemic to the Philippines.
The second set of blooms, which I refer to as the alba form could be Dendrobium ionopus as well. Although the flower size and appearance is similar to the cerinum (ionopus is said to have smaller flowers) I hesitate to call it the albino variety because of the faint pink-red tint at the back of the sepals and petals.
If you admit not to be a taxonomist with expertise on species dends, could you at least vote on whether you agree that it may be the alba form of cerinum, vs. not?
