    So, what is it? Too soon to tell? Again, this is a new plant for me so I'm not sure what's what yet.

    Awesome!!! I remember reading something about the bud coming from one place among the sheath and new bulbs growing from another, but I couldn't find the thread and couldn't remember which is which. I guess I'm doing something right Cross your fingers!
