liming?
trying to find out how to use lime...what are the specific benefits? How should I use it? Should I use it? How often...etc...

Never used it on my orchids, but have used it on coastal grass intended for hay.

Glad you brought this up! I was reading recently that lime is sometimes used to neutralize the acidity in aging treefern mounts. How does one know when to do this? And how should it be done? I think certain paphs like an addition of lime.

Would be very hesitant using lime on orchids. Lime can burn plants and roots to the pint of killing them.

lime lime keylime pie... i think for the average hobbyist there are plenty of more moderate alternatives, no need to go liming things...
