I'm afraid what you have is not a Masdevalia at all, but Ada (now Brassia) aurantiaca. The give away on not being a Masdevalia are the pseudobulbs. Nicely flowered though.

I agree with Michael, I don't believe this is Masdevallia: Masdevallia has a single narrow leaf. It really looks like beautiful Ada aurantiaca.

The first plant is Ada aurantiaca and the second plant is Peristeria elata. I would not have expected to see these two plants in the same collection unless you have two distinct growing areas (the first plant is a cool growing epiphyte that likes conditions similar to masdevallias and odontoglossums, while the second is a hot growing terrestrial that likes conditions similar to phaius and spathoglottis). The Peristeria is the national flower of Panama (also known as the dove or holy spirit orchid) and it's critically endangered in the wild if I remember correctly. It should, in theory, be ok in a terrestrial mix or even plain potting compost. The Ada, however, will struggle in the same compost as the Peristeria and I don't think it will survive for long if you try to grow it in potting soil (at least it looks like it's growing in soil in your first two pictures). Even though the plant looks perfectly happy, I would repot it into an epiphytic mix (medium bark chips with some added perlite and charcoal pieces) asap, or at the latest after it finishes flowering.
