Looks like those longest leaves are the first to approach mature size. Again, I think another year with good light and plenty of fert.

"My hand is very long and E.T." hahaha have not heard an E.T. reference in a looooong time! I am sure you are not in your early 40's like me. You've inspired me to get one or two Vandas now.
This my experience from this part of the world. (You did not say whether these plants were Mericlones or top cuttings.) When I buy a Vanda of your plant size I usually have to wait for about 2 years before it will flower. This is growing them in 50% shade outdoors.

leaf span is tip to tip. the confusing part about size, is that different types give different leaf span sizes to hybrids, so without knowing exactly what you have, i'm going to hazard to say they are just coming into blooming size, but will need a couple more leaves before they flower. they look like they have nice healthy roots. and the new leaves are coming in larger, so they must be doing ok.
