Honestly, the best they have back there is mediocre and that is stretching it. I've been back there many times and I think that I've bought one plant. We looked at the orchids up front and laughed over the prices.
We did however find the BIGGEST leafed coleus I have ever seen. They are named Kong varieties. I can't get over the size of the leaf...
Nat brought me a very nice Aerides odorata 'alba' - Thanks Nat

Thank you Cathy for taking me there!
It was great. I got two Coleus plants and Hibiscus Luna White. Here are my new plants:

Cathy shared with me her C. skinneri. Thank you so much Cathy!

    Absolutely!!
I am glad we did it on Saturday, not yesterday. We had tornado warning up to 5 p.m. in our area yesterday(Tropical storm Debby is playing around), and tornado watch is still active by now. Yesterday we got about 10" rainfall. My conservation area (where I grow many orchids ) is a lake now.

It is quite deep there and dangerous, of course (we have a lot of cotton mouth snakes around... sometimes I even see them on my patio. That is why I have to walk very carefully all the time, especially in the summer when snakes are more active)

I hope my B. echinolabium will benefit from water underneath
