    Default Rth. Burana Beauty

    This is one of my all time favorite cattleyas. It blooms 2 to 3 times a year and the blooms are fragrant and very long lasting. It is very easy to grow and is the one that got me hooked on growing and collecting cattleyas. I have three plants of this variety and it seems one of them is always in bloom. It is a great orchid for windowsill growers.

    What a stunner, Bill! I love the bright blooms on this old Pot. Burana Beauty. I still haven't updated my tags yet . Maybe someday they will decide to go back to Potinara and save me the trouble.

    I like this Cattleya a lot myself Bill. I had this Cattleya which unfortunately I sent it to 'orchid heaven' where I doubt it put in a good word for me. AL

    Surprised your blooms are long lasting, Bill. The blooms of the one I had years back only lasted a couple of weeks, tops. Always thought it such a pity too as they are lovely flowers.
