My Blooming Cymbidium!

Here are some pics of my cym. It has about 2" wide greenish/whitish flowers, 3 spikes, and the plant is huge. LOL, I still can scavenge some space in my house for it though--my first green orchid.

Can someone ID this please? If not, just simply enjoy the pics--I'm happy to share 'em.

Lily, There are a gazillion cymbidiums out there. To try to pick a name would be almost impossible. I have seen a couple different ones that are green and white. Just enjoy!!!

Since you ask, I would venture a guess for your plant name. This is for fun and info only. Since there are a lot of cyms out there as Diane said, so please take my guess with a grain of salt.

Looking at the flower picture, it is clear that what you have is an alba green cymbidium, i.e. no red pigment on the flowers. Most green cymbidiums we see have red/pink marks on the lips and that will make it hard to guess since there are so many. We don't see the alba green version often. That would give us the first clue. Second is the shape of the flowers, petals and the lip. The petals are narrow so the flowers are not round, and the look of the lip, these facts suggest that your cym is an early hybrid that still retains a lot of the parental species' characteristics.
Then by googling these terms, I found a few pictures of an alba green cymbidium looking almost exactly like yours including the back-curving character of the lip, Cymbidium Dag 'Green Goddess' HCC/AOS. The only difference I could tell is the pattern of the yellow dots on the lip. However, that could be due to different clones. So my guess is your cym probably belongs to the Dag grex. They made the cross and most plants were sold, a few were meristemed and given clonal names.
