    yea when I first got it the spikes were all but done and there were two seed pods. I put them in the compost pile. :-(

    I think I am really done this time or at least increasing the size of my collection. I want to replace my current dends with antelope types, I've read they love the heat so they should do well in my conditions!

    Very lovely scriptum! All my Grammas do is to produce vegetative growth - 3 years and not a single bloom.

    indulge , go ahead! im currently riding out what ive dubbed "the 30 days of death" ...july 15-aug 15 every year my collection goes to absolute shit... the summer peak is brutal here so i dont even bother anymore... giving myself til the weekend after next and then its gunna be my own personal day after thanksgiving... ill be more revved up to shop than a polyester clad mumu wearin buffarella at a wallyworld clearance sale! KEEP the orchids comin, we can always eat ramen noodles for a week or two!

    Don't worry, you'll stop buying when you run out of room. Then you have to make a really serious decision, move or get rid of some orchids to make room for new orchids... a serious problem indeed. - martha
