After the first bloom, it is not necessary the plant will bloom again next year. It appears to me that it would take 2 years for the new growths to mature after the first blooming, expecially for these giant rothchild paphs! Although I have seen certain roth growths will mature in 1 year but these roths are smaller stature plants! And as such, the blooms are not as SPECTAKULAR! We all know these guys are slow growers. But as the plant builds up its momentum, they could bloom every year as it reaches specimen size. (Many growers told this!).
