If you want to be in accordance with the writing policy, it's C. purpurata var. rosada 'Dark Hsingying' (only one quote for cultivar name) or better Cattleya purpurata var. rosada 'Dark Hsingying'.
I don't think that you have to mention "var. tipo". If there is no "var.", it is supposed to be a type one (tipo).
