I bought this orchid last year at a show for a discount because the bloom was fading. It's a lovely (huge) waxy yellow flower. I was really excited to see it sprouting a new growth some months back, because the vendor told me it was a new hybrid and might be a little harder to grow than the mottle leaf varieties I already had. Now I've got TWO new growths!

Question is, is this normal for the parents? I have a couple of paphs and a phrag and I've not known them to sprout more than one growth at a time. One of them appears to be coming from between the leaves of the old growth, and the other seems to have roots forming quite high above the medium. Thoughts? Should I worry? Repot? Let it alone?
Just lost one of the lower leaves of the old growth, probably natural causes but it was a little less crunchy than expected when it started to yellow/brown so I'm keeping an eye out for rot. Any help/advice is welcome! The vendor couldn't/didn't give me much info when I bought it.
