My Trimmed roots
As promised here are photos of the plants which I have trimmed their roots. In the foregroung of the first photo is an overgrown basket which now has to be trimmed. I am nearly now finished, but am in the process of eliminating baskets of any kind for my Vandaceous Orchids. I have found that the 4 wires which holds up the basket can, and often does, impede the spikes and or flowers. So I have now changed all my Vandas to hanging from a single long stake. That way the spikes on either side can come out and bloom freely.
Do let me have some comment on my crazy actions!!!!
