    Hmmm maybe we need to see Hoa in his speedo, after all...... tee hee hee.... (don't worry Hoa, I'm just a harmless almost middle aged lady with a bad knee - so you can always run away....)

    WOW, impressive Gin... and congratulations!

    I suffer with 5km! went for a run with a mate yesterday, and then a swim... I jumped in and my goggle went all over the place... had to go and dive down to the bottom of the pool... and my mate jumped in and realised he forgot his ear plugs... so had to get back out and then jumped in again and realised he forgot his goggles... brains were shot! Not a great start to our wannabe biathlon training hehehe...

    Hey, I have it! We can form an RVO Triathalon team! Fish and I have nothing in common, and no running on my new knees, but I can cycle like a demon! Tim-o, you me and Da Judge can sign up for the Ironman, get RVO to sponsor us, and then while we're in Hawaii, skip the race and visit all the orchid growers!

    Whoa there ladies + Tim-o! What about me! I love the ocean! (Although I just about killed myself in a horrible body-surfing accident last time I was in Hawaii) so on second thought I will sit back and keep Diane and my glasses full of the cool stuff so we can cheer all of you on!!!

    BD - only catch is, you have to pack Louis in your carry-on. We've all decided we miss his presence and he needs a trip out!

    Ahhh, I miss these things! My father had hundreds of bulbs (most very happily over-winter in his garden in VA...I'm not sure how they have acclimated, but I am not kidding....hundreds). Next time I am VA I am snagging a few for my brother...and I found a place to buy A. titanum but it probably wouldn't bloom in my life-time.

    (skip the race and visit all the orchid growers!) best idea yet Bring your extra Neem ...good tan oil and joint lubrication . Ahh Tim ... was kidding about the Marathon lolol Like to dance tho . Louis has to come along , he loves the Dends .they sell at the airport rofl !
