Not saying Julie is necessarily wrong on the ID, but RHS actually has record of 5 hybrids using Ion. utricularioides as pod and 11 with it as pollen parent, as well as 2 hybrids registered using Ion. paniculata as pod and 7 as pollen parent, though as pointed out many of these are obviously not matches (eg probably not an Ionettia). To my untrained eye what you have looks more like what I'd expect from Ionocidium Blue Mist (utricularioides x Onc. incurvum) than from Seewatloppen (utric. x Onc. baueri), but that doesn't mean much! And maybe it's an unregistered cross?
