I'm no expert but had an Encyclia Gay Rabbit that never seemed to grow roots. After several months I decided to mount it and now it has tons of roots. I had to mount the mount onto a larger mount to accomodate the root growth! I also grow outside (for now starting to get cool here at night)

I am hoping to encourage new root growth. ( all the previous roots are shriveling up and maybe there is one healthy looking root left) Is there a good/successful way to encourage new root growth? This plant needs new roots to survive I believe!

Any help appreciated!- Steph
