CRAP! Just knocked over my zygo - rooting question

i think the zygo will do fine. and bd's bird of paradise as well. the duplex next to my building was sold a few years ago, and the new owners did everything they could think of to kill off a huge patch in the front yard. they cut it to the ground several times, never watered it and who knows what else. they gave up. the plant is as lush and covered with flowers as it ever was.

I agree with Coeruleo, one you got the "Birds" you got 'em, and worse if you put them in the ground.
