After I cleared away the other plants on the tray I realized just extensive the roots are!

I Think I Should of Repotted After the Last Growth Cycle...

Looks like you have one nice set of roots. Looks like it's time to find this 'chid a new pot or basket. Wtg, looks like you are keeping good humidity. They cannot grow aerial roots like yours without great humidity.
