I agree with what Jenn and Ray have said. You'll lose the bottom leaf but that's pretty normal for a plant that has been stressed. The last two pictures look like mesophyll cell colapse like Ray said. It's often caused by low temperatures. I agree with Jenn that the plant will probably improve under the proper conditions.
