Dendrobium Spectabile has me concerned

So my Den. Spectabile has 5 spikes but the weather here has finally turned cold so i now have it inside. What should I do to keep from losing my spikes. First time for me to get it to bloom so really don't want to lose the spikes.

5 spikes that is great, mine is outside and has taken the lowest 50's with no protection and is spiking and budding, last winter it took low 40's when my growing are was wrapped in plastic sheeting for the night, and did not lose a bud. I know what you mean about moving a spiking plant, I usually lose the spikes when I've moved plants inside. Wish you the best.
