    Default catasetum imperiale

    my first imperiale, but the back bulb it originally came was infected. i thought i had the infection controlled when it started to send out a new growth. but when the new growth started to send out a spike, the back bulbs started to rot and i got cut off the back bulbs. initially i tot the entire spike would be aborted when one of the bud fell off but luckily it stopped aborting the flower bud after the backbulb is removed.
