Flowers approaching 3 inches natural spread. A very upright spike, will be 20 or so flowers when all out.
Bought in the last couple of years, surely a meristem. I have the name Aztec in my mind, but can't pin it down.
Can anyone help ?

There is Brassostele (formerly Odontobrassia) Aztec, (Rhyncostele bictoniense x Brassia Stardust). Your plant is similar to the AOS awarded clone 'Grace'. The lip of your flowers definitely show the influence of bictoniense.
Wonderful markings and color. Like it very much. Hope you id it.
Love the first photo so nice the spots there.
Thanks for that - sorry for the delay in replying, but I just got back from San Francisco a few hours ago . I had read your mail on the cruise ship, but sending mail was another matter.
I have checked the measurements given for Grace when it was awarded against one of the last flowers on my plant, and they are almost exactly the same.So it seems very likely.
Thanks again.
Spotted, wild thing. My kind of orchid. Good luck with the name.
