    A beauty. Inherited the best from both parents - the red waxy look from merillii and the fragramce of denisoniana; nice form too. On my wish list.

    the vendor I purchased this from describes the scent as rootbeer, but no way it is a heavy floral scent with a bit of vanilla in it, nothing like a tessellata scent. It seems to be heaviest fragrance in the morning and dies out in the afternoon. My experience with species vandas and their scents is unfortunately very limited, I hope this changes, so I do not have much to compare it to, I hope this helps describe it, all I know is I wanted to sit by it all morning and smell it.
