I have a feeling the question is directed more towards hand misting, but my indoor setup is wire racks with 4 mil poly film covering it and I have a misting system that mists every three hours when the lights are on. This keeps my humidity between 60-80% while the lights are on. I have a fan running 24/7 so the leaves dry very quickly but the poly film keeps the humidity up. The difference between growth pre-misting system and after misting system is night and day.
