Dendrobium tetragonum var giganteum
So I'm out moving things from the greenhouse to the "orchid bar" today. I get over to rolling the vanilla vine and notice a bit of color in the sea of green. I had sat a pot down into the vanilla vines' pot...which also had a smaller pot sat into it. I got my Tetragonum last year and worried the tiny pot would dry out too much, I sat it into the epidendrum pot. Haha, jokes on me cuz it grew roots down into the larger pot and not it won't be removed. At least the flowers are large and flashy enough that I noticed it in all that green. I'm just beside myself happy that I actually bloomed this thing! Happy Dance time
