Oncidiums have a great way of telling you when they're thirsty. Your pseudobulbs should never look "wrinkly", but full and smooth. I often will re-pot when a plant looks like this. Clean away the brown, dry areas. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the areas that you cut and put it into some new medium.
