I live in, Henderson,one of the western suburbs ,about 15km from the city its self.
New Zeland really is a strange country due to close proximity of so many natural beauty.like the geothermal fields ,which are about 3hour drive south of me,to the Bay of Islands which is about 3 hours in the other.And then when you go to the South Island,well,from Christchurch within a 2hour drive you can be in some of the best ski fields or in hot mineral pools.I have never bungie jumped and never will. Just to let you know,my orchids have stopped me going even more crazy,as last June I had a major fall at work and Im still not back at work yet,and have been told that my trade is now longer a sustanable occupation for me.
