The one on top left, I got it as is. Didn't repot anymore coz it's stable already and the medium is in fir bark. The one on top right comes with the black plastic bag or pot(?) and the storekeeper said if I transfer it in a pot I can use charcoal as medium. While the lower ones are in clay pot with a little charcoal. Roots are exposed and super moist. Storekeeper says can put charcoal as medium. These three types, I got it from different stores in an orchid show.

Tanya, regarding the green moss, is that also the live moss? I only see sphagnum(dry) which is color yellow and the live moss(wet). I think I still have the sphagnum(dry). I bought before for my dendrob but removed it coz can't see inside if too much watering already.
