they are just barerooted do you think thats the problem?? or the Sun. it get full morning sun with a shade of 10% and the time is 6am to 11am

It looks like sunburn to me. Put it in a slightly shadier area.

I am thinking there may be moisture not drying. where do you grow your orchids?
