I keep all of my many Phrags in the windowsill or as near to it as possible. They are all doing great and blooming regularly. Keep them as wet as you dare - apart from the drier loving ones if you have any in your collection - and keep them as bright as you can. They require regular fert. - diluted greatly - and then just let them be. I bet that they will be blooming before you know it! Good luck.
