I called the nursery that mine came from to see if they had one with a scent ,the reply was, it is a crap shoot some have it some not . No Shillys anywhere too smell in my area or within a reasonable distance .

My consideration of 'rental' was certainly based on the most professional of terms! My sniffer needs all the help it can get!
That scent is as variable as anything else in a cross makes scents, but I simply never considered it before. Now that I know, it's worth checking! It also means that if we see a pretty picture here, and read that the flower has a gorgeous scent, it's no guarantee about what me might acquire.
