    Default First Grammatophyllum Orchid Blooming

So got this boy a year ago with 3 pb's, it now has maybe 9 and gave me 4 spikes, 1 stalled and 1 gave a secondary spike off the main spike. I have a total of three spikes and the one secondary. All spikes are well over 3' and one is surely over 4'. Anyway forgive my less the professional photos.

Congrats Miller. Awesome display. I have 2 Grm that have not bloomed in the last 5 years that I've had them; and I bought 'blooming size'.

Cattan I would think your environment would be perfect for it. I just give it plenty of sun and water. I only started fertilizing within that past few months. I hope you get yours to bloom, they are awesome to watch.

Hope so too. They have been subjected to abuse, TLC , to being pampered in varying degrees of shade, overwatered/underwatered/not watered for 3 months, overfeeding/underfeeding/starved for half a year, roasted under our tropical sun; no blooms, only more keikis and bigger fatter/shrivelled p-bulbs. They hate me and I'm beginning to return the favour.
