Salam En. Mazlani. What month does it bloom? I do have this species but suddenly all its leaves drop now only 2 leaves remain. I'm soo worried.

I can't remember what month but I do know it is very difficult to bloom here compounded with current eratic weather and all. This is deciduous type Dendrobium and it will shade it leaves at some point of it life. Hopefully yours will be ok. Welcome to OT and Salam .

No special treatment. It is in claypot with broken clay bricks and charcoal. I found this very easy to grow but to bloom it is anothet matter all together .

Hi All... D. pulchellum is from section Dendrobium. You have to treat it the same as nobile group. Bright light and dry cool winter rest for optimum blooming. This specie is very forgiving in term of temperature and you can grow them as warm as the like of D. parishii, amphyllum, primulianum...etc. I grow inside the house by windowsill and winter night is around 14-15'c. It normally bloom on the second year growth meaning the first year the cane will retain the leaf, thou it may lose a few leaf.

Your color is very nice btw. Mine is more muted yellow.
