I got a Burr. Steven Isler, very similar, but more orange, esp. on the lip. I didn't repot it right away and almost lost it. Turns out all of the back bulbs were damaged by having it stuffed (potted) in a slightly larger pot and sphagnum moss crammed in the top. It was very wet when I got it, I took out the moss and got it in the air more, but I missed that it was so damaged. I wouldn't wait to repot anything that questionable next time! It started to lose leaves and I pulled it out - the back end had started to mold. I cut it down to the one healthy p-bulb, which has about 1" of roots and treated with fungicide. It's now sitting in slightly damp sphagnum moss - it does have 3 buds starting to grow on the front side, so I figure if I can keep it from rotting or getting too dry, it will recover. I hope so, I really like the flowers!
