    Congrats Angel able to blooms Den from Indochina actually is a nice clone mine the plant still not yet mature is a reliable bloomer.

    They look so dainty, Zainal, like paper flowers hanging underneath a tall pink hibiscus bush. It is a more reliable bloomer than the D. anosmum.

    I agree Yew. That dainty lavender. And the fragrance. My aunt was sweeping spent leaves and blooms of the hibiscus when she smelled something sweetly fragrant. She had to look for a tall chair just to be sure the scent was coming from the cucullatum.

    Thanks Nathalie. Yes, these are special blooms for me too. I find greater satisfaction when I see these species orchids come into bloom in my garden. I feel as if a part of nature, a piece of the forest, just walked in to honor me with its presence.
