Can you identify this orchid, I think is a Dendrobium?

Thank you Zainal and Yew, I also thought "parishii"? I have seen some Anosmums and they do hang down longer, while these are on short pseudobulbs.

Annette by your description you are most likely correct on it being parishii

I don't know, by the proportions and flower shape (long lip, in particular) I see in the picture I don't think parishii is a good match, if it's not anosmum then likely Nestor (anosmum x parishii). anosmum can vary in pseudobulb length, some get 3+ m long while others top out around 1-2 m, and culture plays a big role as well. By contrast, the biggest parishii I've seen in person had pseudobulbs of maybe 40 cm, with 20-25 cm maximum length seeming more typical...

Could anyone advise of the procedure to undertake, unfortunately this orchid has to be relocated to another spot, (shame) as the tree has to be removed. As it is in flower at the moment, when can I move it, and what else should I do, it is growing freely on the tree trunk. I would like to mount it.
