It is a Phal. Stuartiana. I have two of them (well, three now). They are pretty vigorous growers for me, but don't like to dry out. I kept this one too dry by accident when it was spiking, and it failed to set solid buds, and then finally gave up after a foot of spike or so and grew a keiki instead.
