Seeking 2nd Opinions on Den. growths

To all,

I post an earlier thread asking whether the 2 growths on my Den. were spikes or keikis.

Everyone who replied said they were keikis. Diappointed, I didn't really pay any attention to it for the next couple of weeks. Looked at it again a few days ago and this is what I see.

Again, this is my very 2nd Den. that I haven't killed and it's 1st Den. that I got to grow anything.

They look like buds to me but I need a confirmation.
