This is a Dendrobium hybrid. Some call it a Dend. phalaenopsis hybrid because the species Dendrobium phalaeonopsis is the basis for this type of hybrids (along with other species similar to Den. phal.). It is nearly impossible to get a name for it because there are so many that are almost identical to it. They are grown in Hawaii and Thailand by the millions for the cut flower industry. Culture is warm with a good amount of light (Cattleya - Vanda light) and well drained media. Lava rock and charcoal are used a lot in Hawaii. It is a very nice and robust plant by the picture. I would forget about a hybrid name and just enjoy it.
