Bllc. Pacific Pastel leaves Discoloration

Plant leaves within a week have had this change. Plant purchased october 2013. It has been grown under artificial lights and has been transferred to S/H. Anyone have an idea for the cause of this ailment?

Was that leaf up against the lights? I looks like just damage, such as a burn. I've had leaves burn that laid against the lights, or were in a too sunny window.

I wish that was the case at least I would know the cause. However the plant was at least a foot from them.

Does look like sun or heat burn.

Definitely looks like sun burn. That isn't likely to happen under lights though. Is it possible that something else got the leaves hot, or even cold? this would have to be something right in contact with the leaves.
