This is a deciduous dendrobium, a nobile. I bought it in early spike and now many are open.

Sweet! I have that one also.
That is so beautiful Harvey here impossible I can get many flowers at most 2 to 3 flowers per pseudobulb unless inside the air condition room.
Excellent color.How's the fragrance?
Very beautiful. Can't grow nobiles in the lowlands here.
Last night there was no fragrance. But today, I can detect a sweet fragrance up close. It's only the second day of having fully open blooms.
Very nice Harvey!!
beautiful color, very clean, we are having a warm winter so not expecting much from mine, nice buy
Most of these are grown on the mountains in Hawaii and are taken to a higher elevation for their winter rest. I haven't seen many able to rebloom them quite as well as when first purchased. They need a really cool rest (close to 50 F) to bloom really well.
Sounds like a good candidate for my semi-heated garage (with a light).
