Hello , need some help my plant is losing leaves fast, could someone help me figure out what's going on?

Looks like drastic measures are needed. Unpot it and check the roots. Also try to discern if the potting media tends to stay wet. It looks like it's in sphagnum moss and if so it shouldn't get totally dry but it should get to a "just moist" condition before rewatering. If there are no roots or very few roots there is a method that you can use. Trim almost all of the dead roots. Put a bit of sphagnum moss (if you have it, use fresh moss) around the root area and put it into a bag that is about 1 1/2 times the size of the plant. Blow a bit of air into it and close it with a twist tie. Keep the plant in bright light but NO sun. This is not a guaranteed solution but I've had success with it. It may take several months until new roots form. Good luck with it and keep us informed.

it's mounted , I think maybe I over-watered it.I'll place it in brighter light and water it less. Thank you Rita

To me it's looks some nasty bugs chewing your plant could be caterpillar, maybe snails or hoppers.

Hi Rita, Macroclinium species grow best on mount. Good air movement is essential and you must let the plant dry out between watering. I grow all mine 7-8 species from this genus on mount, medium light/bright shade and I water them every other two days.

Some may say Macroclinium are short-lived but that may not be true IMO. Over watering is number one killer for them. If I were you, I would pull out all the moss on the mount and dry it out a little. Good luck with it
