    The cross Yip Sum Wah has got to be 40 years old and its beauty has never dimmed. Beautiful flowers, Roy.

    I think its in the "too old" basket Ed. To me, still too nice & easy to grow & flower than most I have.

    I would really like to see someone cross Yip Sum Wah with one of the Neofinetia hybrids - maybe something that had Ascocentrum in it. I'd be hoping to get some orange to red on small growing plants with a more rounded form. If I could see that with a lavender lip... Oh well, it's always nice to dream. Spending years to achieve it is the hard part.
