I'm pretty sure it's fertilizer burn from the grower on the Milt roots, some of the leaf tips on both of them are a bit brown and crispy so I figured they must do some heavy fertilizer before they get shipped off to the store, either that or maybe some direct sun somewhere on their journey.

It sounds like aphid and a simple treatment of washing the plant in room temp water and giving it clean soil would be a gentle treatment. Soaking soil in water a few inches above the rim would also drown most aphids in the soil.
Thanks again for the advice Kim. I'll probably just use the physan as a preventative later on then. I don't want to burn any of them but I also want to make sure to get this under control before it gets to be a bigger problem. This is my master bathroom and as much as I don't want any bugs in my home, I really don't want them in my bedroom! Will the soak also get rid of any eggs or will changing the media take care of that? I wanted to wait until the blooming is over to repot and just treat for the bugs for now.
