If the roots look nice and green when wet and the moss isn't packed so tightly that it holds a lot of water and prevents the roots from breathing, I'd wait to repot until the blooming cycle completes.

If you leave the spike intact after the blooms have dropped, it may grow another bud or 2 and bloom. You can also cut the spike back to the first node (about 1/2 inch above the node) below where the first flower was, dress the wound on the end of the spike with powdered cinnamon and with a little lick, a new growth will emerge from the node. That will be a new spike that blooms. It does exhaust an orchid to bloom, so the above technique is recommended for healthy phals only.
