    Default Bulbophyllum frostii in bloom, the 'Dutch Shoe'

    Our Bulbophyllum frostii has been blooming now since late June and new blooms are popping out. I managed to capture the flowers just before they opened up. Some blooms are gone but at least 9 new ones are currently developing.

    Glad you all liked this Dutch shoe. It isn't that hard to culture. Likes a lot of light and very rewarding when it flowers. The flowers bounce up and down like bobble-heads too! However be gentle when you do it! It's fun to see. This is definitely my favourite.
