Is this the end of my Dendrobium - 4 kiekis

Ok ,I have looked every where on this forum and haven't found an answer,within the last few months I noticed my Dendrobium has grown several kiekis there's like 4 of different sizes,my plant has in the last week or two had all its leaves turn yellow and drop off, I haven't done anything different in its care,so what I'm wondering,is this the end for the momma plant? When should I remove and pot the kiekis? I did watch the video on how to do that,how long before I can expect to see blooms? I bought the plant in bloom and it blossomed the next two years just right before Christmas,it saddens me to think ill not have its beauty this year.
I'm not sure how to post a picture of it here, apparently you need flash and I'm on an IPad and can't use flash, any advice, suggestions are welcome

Have you repotted it or checked the media it is growing in?

Heidi, a picture would certainly help. I would check the roots and signs of any pests. some of the dendrobiums are deciduous and could be a normal behavior. without picture assessment is quite tough.

Sorry about the delay in my response,I've had an incredibly busy week at work,I will get some pictures and post them from my laptop next week I haven't been able to post them from my iPad,
I have checked the growing medium and it doesn't look bad,I had not repotted because I was afraid to while she was in bloom,then I worried about harming the kiekis

ok here are 2 pictures before and after I think she stopped blooming and dropped the dead flowers in March started around the end of November,hope these come thru ok

i'm not sure which type dendrobium this is. it could simply be deciduous. it could be a root problem. have you had any recent periods where you overwatered and it stayed soggy? if the roots get too wet and begin to suffocate, the plant will drop leaves as a reaction. the leaves lose water, so if the plant is not taking in enough water, it will drop leaves until more roots grow, hopefully in time to save the plant (which means a new growth will grow roots). make sure you are misting the keiki roots as they develop, to alleviate water stress. i can't really tell from the picture, are the bare canes very wrinkly? that is a sign of dehydration. if they are plump, or only slightly wrinkly, then probably just deciduous. are any new growths coming up from the base yet? when you bought it, did it already have any canes that were already bare of leaves? or did they all have leaves? maybe someone who knows dendros better can id the plant for you and advise if it is a deciduous type or not.

All the canes had leaves when I bought it,and it has grown 2 shoots from the base both of which are bare of leaves,one cane just grew this year,there are some nice white roots which I believe are new,they look just like they have in the past,out of the 3 years I have had this plant this is the first time it lost all of its leaves and they started turning bright yellow after the kiekis had started growing. The canes are just a little wrinkled not much more than they ever were, I'm pretty careful about watering generally I take them and set them in a pie pan type and let them get a good soak then I let them drain until not more water trickles out of the pot,I've always watered them that way.thanks for trying to help

It looks as though you have had no new shoots but just kiekis. Possible your light levels are to low. I have most of my den.'s outside and only shaded at mid day. Try putting it in a sunnier window if you have one.

It has two new shoots since I got it,they both have also lost all leaves,the plant sits in the only big window I have and it's facing south,the window that is,,it's been in this window the three years I have had it
I'm going to repot it this weekend, I don't think the roots on the keikis are long enough judging from the video
